Cancellation policy

In the case of your reservation is affected by this extraordinary closing period, we are offering you the opportunity to change your reservation date. You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before arrival, without penalty.

If you have any reservation in our properties for May or June, please, contact your travel agency, or directly to us if you have made your reservation at www.estivalgroup.com.

In response to COVID-19, we would like to share some additional measures that Estival Group is taking to ensure the highest safety standards in your next holidays with us:

“Safe Establishments”

In response to Covid-19, we are working in alliance Bio9000, an international company with more than 25 years of experience in the strategic consulting sector, to implement corporate preventive action protocols, designed following the recommendations of the WHO, ICTE among others official organism.

"Safe Establishments" Program is specifically adapted for the re-opening of tourist establishments, within the framework of the current Covid-19 pandemic and supported by cuatro pilares fundamentales:

  1. Prevention and Control Protocol against Covid-19.
  2. Specific training adapted to personnel in relation to the Covid-19.
  3. Verification of disinfection processes. Microbiologic analysis.
  4. Verification audits. Issuance of certification of conformity.

Additional measures

  1. We are reinforcing our cleaning staff and increasing the frequency of sanitizing our rooms and common and private areas in the hotel.
  2. We offer the possibility to enjoy 4 different types of breakfast in your room, whether it is using our takeaway or room service (with a supplement).
  3. We are training and providing our employees with personal protection equipment (PPEs).
  4. We will be testing our employees for prevention purposes, according to existing medical prescription or regulations.
  5. We will measure body temperature of all our employees daily.
  6. We will sterilize our crockery and cutlery using techniques and cleaning agents recommended by health authorities.
  7. We will implement a Buffet service adapted to the existing health legislation, with an important increase in single-dose products.
  8. We will be offering our customers digitalized menus using a QR code, to avoid their manipulation in restaurants and bars.
  1. We will keep the safety distance between tables, in bars and restaurants.
  2. We will limit capacity in both common areas, bars and restaurants, to ensure minimum distances between our customers.
  3. We will adapt our leisure and entertainment offer to meet the new hygiene measures, capacity management and specific measures that guarantee safety.
  4. We are using cleaning agents specifically recommended for COVID 19 disinfection.
  5. We will make available hand sanitizer to our customers in common areas for their usage.
  6. We will provide a hygienic kit equipped with a mask and hand sanitizer per room and person.
  7. We will implement an online pre check-in service, for reservations made on our website, www.estivalgroup.com.
  8. We will offer the possibility to book our apartments on accommodation only.
