Do you have any questions? Don't worry! In this section you will find all the answers to your questions.
  • How much will I be charged at the time of booking?
    To confirm your reservation, for the flexible rate, 30% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining amount can be paid during online check-in or directly at reception upon arrival at the campsite. For the non-refundable rate, 100% of the total amount will be charged upon booking.
  • How can I cancel or modify my booking?
    With the flexible rate, you can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date, the 30% deposit paid upon booking will not be refunded. In the event of a no-show, this amount will also not be refunded. Cancellations or modifications must always be made by email or through the website in the My Reservations section.

    For non-refundable rates, cancellation is not permitted, but changes can be made at least 20 days prior to arrival.
  • Can I reserve a specific number of accommodation or plot?
    Accommodation numbering is assigned by the reservations department according to availability and internal organization. Although you can indicate your preferences in the comments section when making your reservation, these are neither guaranteed nor confirmed in advance, as they are subject to availability. Likewise, accommodation together is not guaranteed or confirmed.

    We do not assign the plots in advance, but you will choose them on the day of your arrival, accompanied by a security employee and based on availability that same day.
  • What are the opening and closing dates of the season?
    For the 2025 season, the campsite opens on April 9 and closes on October 12.
  • What are the nearest towns to the campsite?
    We are located in a residential area that belongs to the city of Tarragona, which is 10 km away. In addition, we have the village of Altafulla at only 2 km and the city of Barcelona at 90 km.
  • What are Reception opening hours?
    Our reception is open from Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. From 10:00 p.m. you can check in with security personnel (who are there all night), always with a confirmed reservation. Furthermore, from that time onwards, access to the campsite will not be permitted if you do not have a reservation or if people who have not previously registered come.
  • Can I receive visitors during my stay?
    To guarantee compliance with the capacity and avoid excessive saturation in the common areas, outside visitors are not allowed.
  • What are the opening and closing times of the campsite?
    Check-in time for accommodations is from 4:00 PM. However, you can check in from 11:00 AM and wait at our facilities until your accommodation is available.

    If you're interested in checking in early (11:00 a.m.) or checking out late (6:00 p.m.), you can inquire by emailing reservas@torredelamora.com. These options are subject to availability and internal campsite organization, and carry an additional cost of €25 each.

    Check-out is at 10:00 a.m., but you can stay the rest of the day enjoying the facilities and services. Depending on the season and campsite occupancy, use of the facilities after the accommodation has been vacated may not be permitted.

    In the case of the pitches, both entry and exit are set at 12:00.
  • Is it allowed to barbecue?
    The campsite is located in a PEIN area (Protected Natural Area), so the use of fire barbecues is prohibited throughout the site. They can only use electric or gas barbecues.
  • Are pets allowed on the campsite?
    We know your furry best friend is part of the family, and that's why we now have an option designed especially for those traveling with pets: Coco Guau, where pets are allowed, in addition to our pitches (check the applicable rate).

    For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the rest of the campsite's accommodations, except for guide and assistance dogs, provided they present the appropriate official documentation.

    If you're staying with your pet on the pitch or at Coco Guau, please note that pets are not allowed in the recreational area (swimming pool, restaurant, sports courts, etc.). Furthermore, breeds considered potentially dangerous, according to the official list of the Generalitat de Catalunya, are not allowed.

    If you ultimately can't travel with your pet, you can always turn to a trusted local daycare center so they're in good hands during your vacation, too.
  • Is there accommodation accessible for people with reduced mobility?
    Unfortunately, the campsite does not have adapted accommodation. However, you will find adapted bathrooms in several of our toilet blocks, which all consist of showers and sinks with hot water, toilets, hand dryers and, in some, a hair dryer.
  • Are there children's toilets?
    In various parts of the campsite we have toilets equipped with bathtubs, changing tables, toilets and sinks, with hot water and in some of them, heating.
  • Is it possible to rent a fridge?
    We work with Rent It, an external company that offers our clients the possibility of renting refrigerators during their stay. To make your reservation, you must contact them directly through their website.
  • Can you use the campsite facilities without staying?
    To guarantee compliance with the capacity and avoid excessive saturation in the common areas, it is not allowed to enjoy the facilities without staying at the campsite.
  • Can I come to eat at the campsite restaurant without staying at the campsite?
    Yes, it is possible, always with a prior reservation by calling (+34) 977 65 11 47. Access to the restaurant does not include the use of the pool or other facilities. To use the pool, you must consult it at the time of making your reservation and it is not guaranteed.
  • Where can I park my vehicle?
    By reserving your stay you are guaranteed to be able to park 1 vehicle inside the campsite. Depending on the type of accommodation contracted, you will have private parking or our staff will indicate the closest common areas to park your vehicle. Remember that only 1 vehicle is allowed per accommodation or pitch, so if you have additional vehicles, you must park them outside (near the campsite).
  • Can I drive around the campsite at any time?
    According to the camping regulations of Catalonia, which ensure that guests' rest is respected, vehicle access barriers are closed from 00:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. If you come during this period of time, you can park outside and access on foot, since walking access is possible 24 hours a day.
  • What are the pool regulations?
    Comply with staff orders at all times, admission conditions are found at the entrance.
    Children under 10 years old must enter with a responsible adult.
    It is not allowed to jump on your head or stand up, jumping or disturbing other users.
    Inflatables, fins, balls or water guns are prohibited.
    Swim shorts and swimsuits are authorized (as long as the fabric is specific to swimwear).
    Failure to comply with the regulations will be grounds for expulsion.
  • Does the campsite offer seasonal long stays on pitches and in accommodation?
    Yes, we offer seasonal and pre-season contracts on pitches for the 2026 season. We also have some glamping-style accommodation options for longer stays. For more information on availability, conditions, and rates, please contact us at reservas@torredelamora.com starting in October 2025.
  • What are the Local Rates?
    Local tax not included in the price. From 01/10/21 it is EUR 0.66 per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights from 17 years of age.

    Important: Tourist taxes alternate depending on the location of the establishment and its characteristics. Payment of the tourist tax in Catalonia is made per person and unit of stay (day or fraction). A maximum of seven stay units were established per person, for a continuous period in the same home. That is, if a person stays for 15 nights in the same accommodation; You will only have to pay for seven nights (seven units of stay).
  • Can I exceed the capacity of my accommodation?
    For security reasons, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum capacity established in our accommodations. Depending on the type you have booked, this can be for 2, 4 or 5 people. Children and babies count as a whole person, so they must be included in this number of occupants.
  • Des berceaux et des chaises hautes sont-ils disponibles ?
    Yes. To make your and your family's stay more comfortable, we have cribs and high chairs at your disposal at no extra cost and they will be delivered to your accommodation. You can request it when making your reservation, or at the time of arrival. Always subject to availability.
  • Do the accommodations have sheets and towels?
    Yes. All our accommodations have sheets and towels.

    For stays of less than 7 nights, no changes are made. For stays of 7 nights, 1 change of towels and sheets is established (Wednesday or Sunday). For stays of 14 nights or more, 2 changes of towels per week and 1 change of sheets per week are established (Wednesday and/or Sunday).

    They must leave the towels and/or sheets on the terrace of the accommodation in the white bag found on the table upon arrival.
  • Do you offer daily cleaning in the accommodations?
    No. The accommodation is delivered clean upon arrival and cleaned again upon departure. The accommodation must be returned in the same clean conditions as upon arrival, with clean kitchen utensils, garbage removed, refrigerator empty and sheets and towels placed in the shower tray.
    Otherwise, a penalty of €50 must be paid. No cleaning is done during the stay. In addition, the campsite may ask you for €150 in cash or a credit card number upon arrival as a deposit, to cover possible damages upon departure.
  • What is the maximum capacity of the pitches?
    Our pitches can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including children and babies.
  • Is there any shade on the plots?
    The campsite is located in a wooded area, so we have pitches with shade. Remember that you will choose the pitch you want on arrival, so this preference will depend on availability on the day.
  • Do the plots have water and/or electricity connections?
    The plots have electrical boxes with a connection of 6 amps at 220 watts. To connect, we recommend having an extension cord with sufficient capacity (25 meters minimum), since there are plots in which the box is further away.

    Regarding water, none of our pitches have drainage or water, but we have drinking water supply sources distributed throughout the interior of the campsite.
