Estival Group Hotels & Resorts is looking for a REVENUE MANAGER for our central offices in La Pineda (Vila-seca, Tarragona). We are looking for a proactive, dynamic person with a positive attitude, capable of integrating into a high-volume work team and oriented towards offering excellent customer service.

The selected person will join the central Revenue team, participating actively and transversally in the management of different establishments within the group, in direct coordination with senior department profiles.

We are looking for a profile with real experience in hotel revenue who wants to consolidate judgment, broaden business vision, and grow within an evolving centralized revenue model, where individual contribution and continuous improvement are key.

The position offers a global vision of the business, combining analysis and operations, and actively participating in the definition and progressive improvement of processes. As the profile becomes consolidated within the organization, they will be able to assume higher levels of autonomy and responsibility.

Progressively, the candidate will be able to assume direct management of one or more hotels, working with different types of establishments, markets, and channels, which allows for transversal and solid learning within the Revenue area.

• PMS ACI and/or Ulises

Job Offer: Cleaning Staff

Estival Group Hotels & Resorts is looking for CLEANING STAFF for its Torre de la Mora Campsite (Tarragona). We are looking for responsible individuals with experience in cleaning accommodations and a keen eye for detail.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Cleaning and preparation of accommodations and assigned areas.
• Replenishment of materials and basic control of consumables.
• Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety protocols.
• Reporting of incidents detected during the service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum experience in cleaning accommodations (camping, hotels or similar).
• Proactive attitude, responsibility and ability to work in a team.
• Availability to work shifts.

Job Offer: RECEPTIONIST

Estival Group Hotels & Resorts is looking for a RECEPTIONIST for its Camping Torre de la Mora (Tarragona). We are looking for a customer-oriented, organized person with strong problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Customer service at reception (counter, email and telephone).
• Check-in/check-out management.
• Booking management, availability, modifications and tracking.
• Resolving simple incidents and coordinating with other departments.
• Basic digital customer support (multimedia, connectivity and services).

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in customer service and reception tasks.
• Good command of languages, mainly English and French (German or others will be valued).
• Catalan and Spanish are essential.
• Knowledge of PMS Master Camping (highly valued) and other management programs (channel manager, etc.).
• Good disposition, positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Estival Group Hotels & Resorts is looking for a COOK for its Hotel Vilamarí, a reference urban establishment in Barcelona. We are looking for people with experience in the kitchen, a focus on quality, and the ability to work in a team within a dynamic hotel environment.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Preparation and cooking of dishes according to the established menu and à la carte offerings.
• Mise en place control and station organization.
• Compliance with the group's quality and presentation standards.
• Control and proper storage of raw materials.
• Application of hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Collaboration in menu design according to experience level.
• Support to the Head Chef during daily service.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the work area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cook.
• Training in cooking or catering (vocational training or certificate valued).
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen organization.
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Proactive attitude and focus on quality.
