The staff is super friendly and the buffet is good quality.

The breakfast buffet was great, very complete and constantly bringing out food. The room is very large and comfortable.

Very friendly staff; We called reception for several things that were resolved immediately. In addition, they gave us a bottle of cava.

The title says it all. Hotel in perfect condition, very beautiful, with palm trees and full of plants that give it an air of a Caribbean resort. Everything very clean and preserved. Two swimming pools for adults and another for children. Slides for both kids and adults to enjoy. Relaxation areas with super comfortable sofas and chairs. We were on an All Inclusive basis, both in the buffet, breakfast, lunch and dinner (drinks included), as well as from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. in their two bars with all kinds of drinks and from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a buffet of varied food, hamburgers, pizzas, burritos, salads, sweets..., a pleasure to be able to drink and eat at any time. On the beach, with direct access from the hotel, four hours of hammocks per day included, as well as beach and pool towels. Daily shows for all tastes in its amphitheater, and music in different areas of the hotel. They have a Mexican restaurant, La Cantina, whose buffet is of great quality.

Super attentive staff, facilities and everything incredible. The best hotel of all. Incredible hotel to spend your vacation, super attentive staff, good service, everything perfect. Hotel that lacks nothing. Always attentive and available to you, especially to all the members of the reception. Incredible human team. Varied food projected on themes from different places and entertainment suitable for both children and adults. Highly recommended to stay there!!!

Everything is great! It is a fantastic place to go with the children and not leave the hotel since it has everything for them and the adults.

Close to the beach with direct access a few meters from the hotel. It has a Garage so you don't have to worry about it during your stay. And the best of all is the human team they have in cleaning, reception (who go out of their way to help you), maintenance, restaurant, entertainment team, let's all.
