- How can I book?We suggest you make your reservation through our official website, or by calling the hotel at (+376) 736 800 or the Estival Group reservation center .
- How can I confirm that you have received my reservation?If you have booked through our website, at the top right you will find the drop-down menu and there the "My Reservations" section where, with your email and your reservation locator, you can confirm that everything is ready for your stay.
- Do you have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?Yes, Hotel Cristina has adapted rooms.If you need to request a room with these characteristics, you can do so by contacting our team, calling (+376) 736 800.In addition, it should be mentioned that all of our hotel facilities are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
- Up to what age are they considered children?Children under 2 years old are considered babies and do not pay as guests, but do count as occupants in the room.From 2 years old to 11 years old, they are considered children and pay as such.From 12 years old they count as an adult and pay the full price.Always remember to inform the age of the children at the time of making your reservation.Under no circumstances may minors (up to 18 years of age) stay without the supervision of an adult.
- Do you have rooms with a bathtub?No, the rooms do not have a bathtub.

- Pets Allowed?We know that your best friend is very important to you but, for reasons of hygiene and safety in our hotel, pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide and assistance dogs, with the presentation of the official and mandatory supporting documentation.You can always use trusted daycare centers in your area so that, during your vacation, your pet stays in good hands.

- What are the check-in and check-out times of the hotel?Check-in at our hotel is from 2:00 p.m. Check-Out must be done before 10:30 h.If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your bags in the private storage room and make use of the hotel's common areas. It is possible to do an early check-in, always depending on availability and an additional supplement may apply. If you have special needs, please ask us and we will do our best to help you.
